BEFORE YOU READ THIS, PLEASE MOTE THAT THIS RESTAURANT HAS SWITCHED OWNERS AND NOW HAS WAY BETTER SERVICE IN FOOD. IF YOU HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE EATING HERE ONCE, TRY AGAIN. THE RESTRAINT HAS CHANGED ALOT. WOW, I wish I could rate this restaurant 1,000 stars. The food was so delicious that I wish I could eat everything on the menu and every scrapping on the floor. The service was excellent, they took our orders very carefully and had very polite manners. They also spoke English very well. This restaurant was out of this world. I’d come again. Thank you!

New owners and all of their staff are fantastic! Friendly, clean establishment, delicious food and excellent service! Highly recommend them. My favorite dishes are the spicy chicken teriyaki, beef teriyaki and their sushi!

Best teriyaki on the plateau. Always reliable, never had a bad dish, and the people are very friendly. If I’m getting teriyaki it’s from Himitsu!

First time here, and an absolutely pleasant place. The gentleman that took my order was friendly and nice. The food is a filling portion, and absolutely amazing! The Teriyaki sauce is probably the best I have had in all my time in Seattle. I happened to be near for work and stopped in. I will definitely make it back!

I can never rank it all the way in the atmosphere department because just a teriyaki shop,however my employee forgot his lunch and we went there service was fast food was hot. The portion was good and they had lunch specials which is awesome! I never went there due to the bad reviews but the new ownership apparently doing the job correctly.
